The Paradise Academy, we follow the ICSE curriculum while integrating the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) principles. This ensures children learn in a holistic, flexible, and experiential manner.
Curriculum
- The Paradise Academy is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. The School follows the curriculum prescribed by the Council, which in turn adopts a vibrant curriculum as per the guidelines of the National Education Policy.
- The ICSE syllabus is detailed and comprehensive with adequate importance being accorded to communicative skills in English and proficiency in the subjects being learnt.
- The syllabus envisage to create citizens that are successful in academics and in life; being ready to meet the challenges of the evolving life.
- The detailed study of every subject helps the students to gain in-depth knowledge leading to qualities of diligence.
- The subjects of Study differ according to the stages in the education of the students, prescribed by CISCE / Government.
Examination
- The school prepares students progressively for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Examination, conducted at the end of Grade X.
- Students are assessed through a system of continuous evaluation at regular intervals. The academic year includes two unit tests and two terminal examinations. All assessments comprise internal evaluations, projects, and written examinations.
Academic Year
- The Academic Year normally commences in May / June of every year and concludes in March / April.
- There are holidays and vacations as per School Calendar, which is prepared in line with the holidays and vacations as per the regulations of the Government / CISCE.
- We are one of the best ICSE Schools in Electronic City, Bengaluru. We have been working diligently to establish a curriculum that will bring a positive and dynamic change in the personality of the students.
